Building Maintenance CustodianFollow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds. Perform other related duties as may be assigned.Position RequirementQualifications:Education/Certification:None specifiedSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety proceduresKnowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenanceAbility to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipmentAbility to properly handle cleaning suppliesReports to: Lead Custodian / Director of Operations / Building PrincipalSalary: Commensurate with experience and district salary schedule.Closing Date: Open until filled
