Now Hiring: CustodianTresco, Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to join our team! This essential role ensures clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all who use our facilities. If you're committed to quality work and take pride in cleanliness, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a variety of janitorial and custodial duties, including:Cleaning and stocking restrooms, kitchens, and break roomsSweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floorsInterior and exterior window cleaningHigh and spot dustingRemoving office trash and maintaining cleanlinessFloor care: buffing, spray cleaning, and wet moppingDisinfecting surfaces and descaling fixturesAdditional duties as assigned by your supervisorWhat You Need to SucceedEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in custodial/janitorial services preferredSubstitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policyLicenses/Certifications:Valid driver's license or Identification Card requiredOther Requirements:Background check, and post-offer drug screening requiredKey Skills & AbilitiesAbility to work independently and in a teamHandle stressful situations professionallyMaintain confidentiality at all timesBilingual skills are a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Tresco?We believe in supporting our employees and creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities.Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
