Job description
Part-time CustodianWest Branch Schools is accepting applications for school year for the opening: Part-time Custodian 8-10 hours a week. We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.Responsibilities:Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dustingMaintain and clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuumingHandle trash removal and ensure proper disposalClean and sanitize restrooms and replenish suppliesPerform minor maintenance tasks as neededMonitor and report any repairs or replacements neededFollow safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipmentQualifications:Previous experience in custodial or related roles preferredKnowledge of industrial cleaning practices and proceduresAbility to perform floor care tasks including buffing and waxingFamiliarity with commercial cleaning equipment and suppliesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean environmentAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions make a difference.
