CustodiansThe Neptune Township School District has full-time positions available for custodians for the school year. Candidates will be placed on a salary guide according to qualifying experience ($48,234 - $69,584). Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage through the New Jersey School Employees' Health Benefits Program. Employees will not qualify for FMLA/NJFLA until they have met the State and Federal requirements.Position Summary: The successful candidate(s) will serve a ninety (90) day probationary period and be required to obtain a Black Seal license within eighteen (18) months of hire.Requirements: Black Seal License Experience and general knowledge in cleaning and maintaining building interior/exterior, including snow removal. Ability to operate school heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. Able to make minor repairs and painting, filter replacement, light bulb maintenance, furniture moving. Familiarity with current technology, able to enter electronic work orders and process email.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.Terms of Employment: 12 Month Contract.
