A progressive, family-owned agricultural retail facility is seeking a Custom Applicator to join their team! Be part of a dynamic operation where your work directly supports local growers and contributes to high-yield success across the region.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing:Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care, following blend sheet instructions.Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail.Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, helping build long-term relationships.Support daily operations, including inventory management, product deliveries, and customer service.Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season.Work with a variety of crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:A strong work ethic and willingness to put in long hours during the busy season.Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Additional InformationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary: $50,000 - $70,000/yearFull benefits packageA chance to work with a tight-knit, forward-thinking teamOpportunities for growth in agronomy sales, operations, or equipment managementServing clients across South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
