From supporting the farmers who help feed the world, to delivering propane to keep homes warm in the winter, working at AGRILAND FS gives you the opportunity to be part of something bigger.As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location. Key responsibilities include:Operate and maintain application and support equipmentAssist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operationsProvide responsive, respectful customer service on every stopComplete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)Required qualifications/skills:Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeepAgronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindsetSelf-starter who also thrives in a team settingValid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)Rewards That Matter:Paid, in-house training and certification for DOT License and Endorsements for a Class A CDL100% company funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus a 401k company matchMedical, Dental, Vision, life insurance and morePaid time off, sick pay and paid holidaysRecognition and pay incentives for good job performanceIf you're ready to build real skills and make a visible impact, apply today.
