Custom Applicator PositionAn established agricultural retailer in southeast Indiana is hiring a Custom Applicator to join its operations team. If you've grown up around farm equipment and like being outside in the seat, this is a steady, hands-on role with a team that will train you and help you get licensed.What You'll DoOperate self-propelled sprayers and dry fertilizer spreaders to apply crop protection products and fertilizer for area growersFollow application maps and work orders accurately, and keep application recordsLoad, mix, and handle products safely according to label and company proceduresDo daily equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenanceHelp with seasonal warehouse, delivery, and yard work as neededWhat You BringFarm or ag experience, with time running self-propelled sprayers, spreaders, or other large equipmentPrior custom application work at an ag retailer or co-op is a big plusAn Indiana pesticide applicator license is a plus, or a willingness to get one (training provided)A valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL is a plus)Willingness to work extended hours during spring and fall seasonsWhat's OfferedUp to $21/hr DOE, plus seasonal overtimeUp to $0.50/acre bonusFull benefits including health, dental, and visionPTOBoot stipendPaid training and licensing supportInterested?
