Your efforts will directly impact the community by enhancing apartment appeal, increasing occupancy rates, and supporting overall growth.

n nHow you will make an impact
nnnCoordinate each phase of custom service projects, to include: initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance.
n
nnAnswer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
n
nnMaintain schedules for Custom Interiors appointments.
n
nnMarket custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products.
n
nnProvide pricing, process and product specification information to residents
n
nnProcess custom services work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule the work to be performed
n
nnLog all custom service checks received and deliver them to the Finance Department on a monthly basis
n
nnCompensation: commensurate with experience ranging from $52,000 - $53,000 annually.
n
n nWhat you will need
nnnMinimum 3 year experience in a field related to Interior Design
n
nnMinimum of 1 year minimum of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department is required.
n
nnMaintenance trouble-shooting and coordination, as well as public relations experience, is a plus.
n
nnProject planning experience is a necessary.
n
nnAnalytical, project coordination, and public relations experience preferred.
n
nnProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
n
