Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Customer Account Representative to support strategic communications and public affairs campaigns for corporate, nonprofit, and association clients. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage day-to-day account needs, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and prepare briefs, reports, and presentations. You’ll track policy and media developments, monitor campaign performance, and support content development and research. Working in a collaborative, high-performance boutique firm, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders on high-impact advocacy and reputation initiatives.
