Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Customer Account Representative to manage relationships with public affairs and strategic communications clients. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, coordinating day-to-day campaign execution, tracking deliverables, and ensuring high-quality client service. Working in small, hands-on teams, you’ll support the development of briefs, reports, and presentations, monitor policy and media developments, and help shape high-impact advocacy campaigns at the intersection of policy, politics, and media.
