Job description
Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and lease agreement renewals, and help clients progress toward ownership of their merchandise.
You will build relationships over the phone and in person, maintain accurate account records, support revenue goals, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and strong problem solving.
