The CAR Sr will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. Responsibilities include:Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partnersProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other servicesMay sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenancePerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMust be at least 18 years oldMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust have at least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military serviceMust have a valid US drivers licenseMust have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodationWe will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.
