Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to fill a one-year contract assignment in the Fayette, AL area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Requirements
Manages large volume of incoming phone calls.
Generate sales leads.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas.
Manages customer complaints.
Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Follows up ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions.
Files documents.
Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Process payments and interact with customers processing requests for new accounts and high bill complaints, in addition to any other issues that may arise.
This will be office work forward facing to the public and a professional dress and demeanor will be required.
