Key Responsibilities
Clearly present benefit options through virtual meetings
Complete and manage documentation with accuracy and compliance
Build and maintain lasting client relationships through follow-up
Collaborate with your team to enhance service and efficiency
What We're Looking For
Legally authorized to work in Canada or US
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
Previous experience in customer service, admin, or client-facing roles is an advantage
Core Strengths
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized with solid attention to detail
Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced setting
