Job description
DOCUmation, based in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Call Center Representative / Backup Receptionist to join the Service team. You will handle customer calls, route requests, and perform data entry in the E-Automate system while providing front desk support.
The role requires in-person attendance, strong communication, multitasking, and accuracy with data entry. A High School Diploma or GED is required; customer service experience is preferred.
