Job description
ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is hiring a Shift Leader in Maple Heights, OH. This hourly role provides management coverage, supervises operations, drives customer service, and ensures safety and cleanliness standards.
You will train team members, respond to guest needs, and help open/close the restaurant when needed. You will greet customers, prepare and package items per standards, operate cash registers, restock, and maintain sanitation.
