Job description
Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to deliver a white-glove customer experience across the loan and pawn cycle. You will coach Customer Service Representatives, support store leaders, and help ensure compliance and brand standards.
The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with in-person hours, including Saturdays. A high school diploma and at least 3 months of supervisory experience are required.
