Job description
Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Prosper, TX who leads with warmth and inclusivity. You’ll supervise daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure a Genuine customer focus while showcasing baby essentials and brand values.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules, merchandising, and KPIs, while delivering outstanding service and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
