Job description
EFI is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager for the Inkjet Solutions Business Unit in Londonderry, NH, hybrid work arrangement. This role focuses on successful onboarding of EFI customers to ensure production readiness, installation training, and post-sale success.
You will lead a team, coordinate with Sales, Service, and Product Management, and drive an exceptional installation experience for North American customers.
