You'll be:Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.Creating, entering, and managing complex customer orders through phone or electronic channels.Handling escalated issues and supporting customer relationships within assigned business specialty areas.Managing service complaints and inquiries to ensure close-loop resolution and compliance with department SOPs and SOX regulations.Serving as Case Owner for escalated issues, conducting investigations, and communicating updates to relevant parties.Following up on open inquiries, escalating unresolved calls to subject matter experts, and ensuring completion of service requests.Reviewing order error and hold reports, updating customer information in order management systems, and notifying appropriate parties of process changes.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have prior experience in customer service, HR operations, or a related field (required).Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Are comfortable navigating electronic order management systems and following established SOPs.Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
