Job Details Job Location: 19th Ave - Phoenix, AZ 85021
Join Chas Roberts, one of the largest family-owned HVAC contractors in Arizona, as a Home Orientation Specialist. In this role, you will provide new homeowners with a comprehensive understanding of their HVAC equipment, ensuring efficient and effective use. Basic HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Conduct new homeowner orientations, focusing on the HVAC system and its components.
Explain the functionality and features of HVAC equipment and answer homeowner questions.
Provide guidance on best practices for operating the HVAC system to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
Demonstrate how to change air filters, adjust thermostats, and troubleshoot minor issues.
Maintain accurate records of all orientations and follow up with homeowners as needed.
Collaborate with builders and contractors to ensure HVAC systems are installed correctly and according to local building codes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or maintenance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
