nThis job is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of communication materials from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful on-time delivery as measured by achievement of metrics. Employees in this role support business objectives for internal and external communications.
nJob Duties & Responsibilities
nnLead end-to-end development of communication materials from concept through final delivery.
nManage the planning, creation, review, and distribution of internal and external communication content.
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate business objectives into clear communication materials.
nCoordinate communication campaigns and initiatives to support company programs, projects, and announcements.
nEnsure all communications adhere to brand standards, corporate messaging guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
nOversee project timelines to ensure communication deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
nSupport leadership communications including announcements, briefings, and strategic updates.
nCoordinate with marketing, public relations, and operational teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
nConduct audience analysis to tailor communications for maximum clarity and impact.
nMaintain documentation and records of communication plans, deliverables, and results.
nReview and edit communication materials to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
nTrack and report on communication metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
nContinuously evaluate communication processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
n nFour-year college degree requirement.
n5 years of work experience required.
