Job Duties
Generate, distribute, and track project commitments (subcontracts and purchase orders) with appropriate vendors
Generate, distribute, and track change orders to subcontractors based on approved information
Assist with generating punch lists, site observations, and other project documentation, track progress and completion
Assist with generating and reviewing daily reports, editing, and distributing as directed by project manager(s)
Work with project management and field staff to provide accurate information for reports and compose original correspondence
Attend project management meetings (office and field) as needed; take notes, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes
Assist in procuring supplies/materials as directed by project manager(s)
Ensure parts are built to the most up-to-date drawings, specifications, addenda, and standards
Collaborate with project management group to monitor production and complete associated reporting
Position Requirements
Education:
4-year Business degree or equivalent experience
Behavioral Attributes:
Ability to plan and organize work effectively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, make logical decisions, and carry them out
Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment with accuracy
Skills:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
Knowledge of project management software (Procore, Sage, Bluebeam) and scheduling tools (MS Project) helpful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and office staff
For candidates based in Minnesota:
The pay range for this position is $72,000 – $122,400 annually, exempt.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your location during the hiring process.
