Hours: M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Location: On Site - Mandan, ND
Compensation: $19.00 hour

Responsibilities:
A Customer Relations Representative plays a fundamental role in helping to achieve our growth objectives. You will learn about the automotive and industrial lubrication field and quickly become familiar with customer needs.
* Greet customers and provide friendly, professional, and timely service at the counter and over the phone.
* Determine customer needs by asking appropriate questions and accurately identifying required products.
* Look up automotive products using catalogs, computer systems, diagrams, and other available resources.
* Provide customers with accurate information regarding pricing, availability, product options, and estimated arrival times.
* Process parts sales, invoices, returns, exchanges, credits, and special orders accurately.
* Communicate with customers regarding backorders, special orders, substitutions, and order status.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide solutions that encourage repeat business.
* Recommend appropriate related or additional products when beneficial to the customer.
* Monitor stock levels and communicate recurring shortages or inventory needs to management.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and professional counter.
* Follow company procedures related to pricing, discounts, returns, warranties, inventory, and cash handling.
* Research and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and products related issues.
* Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products and applicable systems.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customers receive excellent service.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous parts counter, automotive, industrial, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to learn and identify a wide variety of parts and products.
* Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and electronic product catalogs.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
* Dependable attendance and a positive, professional attitude.
