Customer Relations Specialist - Eurofins Built Environment Testing East - Cherry Hill, NJEurofins Built Environment Testing East is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for our new Cherry Hill, NJ location.Position Summary: Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; will perform other tasks as needed across departments.Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):Education/Experience (BMQ):HS Diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience 1-2 yearsAbility and/or Skills (BMQ):Excellent written and verbal communication skillsActive listeningClient-focusComputer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)Prioritization and on-time execution of tasksProcess improvementProblem-solving and solution orientationDemonstrated ability to sell solutions as a result of active listeningStrong interpersonal skills (people, social, emotional intelligence)ProactivityTeam player who can self-motivatePerforms well under pressure; thrives in fast-paced environmentGrowth mindsetPosition is full-time Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
