Customer Relations SpecialistBe the welcoming face and first point of contact for our organization—and help create a positive experience for every visitor and caller. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.Are you a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team.As a CRS, you'll greet patients, manage check-in and check-out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists), verify insurance and demographic information, and collect co-pays. You'll also support day-to-day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.This is a split position that will cover the Odessa and Higginsville location. Hours are tended to be 8:00am-5:00pm but hours can change due to coverage needed and clinical needs which are 7am-6pm.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, working on a team, and making a difference in the patient experience from the very first interaction.
