This role focuses on driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.---**Responsibilities*** Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale* Drive customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation experience* Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to retention* Increase product adoption through training, enablement, and ongoing engagement* Provide the highest level of customer support by responding promptly, resolving issues effectively, and advocating for customer needs internally.* Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, share insights with internal teams, align product usage, and identify growth opportunities* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements* Maintain accurate customer data, activity tracking, and forecasting in the CRM## Qualifications**Requirements*** Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot)* Comfortable using data and reporting tools to monitor customer health and performance* Familiarity with onboarding processes, customer lifecycle management, and success planning* Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams---**Experience*** 3–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in a B2B environment* Proven track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and long-term account growth* Experience in the live event or ticketing industry is a strong plus---**Skills*** Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders* Highly proactive and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)* Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and drive upsell and growth opportunities* Data-driven approach, with comfort interpreting metrics, identifying trends, and taking action---**Why Join Stage Front?** At Stage Front, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and live experiences.
