If you're looking to grow your career, help others, and be part of a team that strives to do good every day, you'll fit right in with us.Responsibilities:Communicate and service existing customers regarding renewals, coverage options, and coverage changes.Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.Own licensed service execution.48-hour Service Level AgreementUnderwriting follow-up same dayNeed-based product identification and household expansion.Protect retention.Qualifications:Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License in state of residenceStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and listening skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.Property & Casualty only = $37,000 baseProperty & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 baseSalary:Property & Casualty only = $37,000 baseProperty & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 basePosition also includes benefits package, including health and dental insurance contribution, PTO, and performance bonus.
