Our State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable Account Manager to help support our growing team and provide excellent service to our customers. In this role you will build relationships with clients, assist with policy changes, answer coverage questions, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesProvide prompt, friendly customer service to clients.Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanationsReview existing accounts and identify opportunities to better protect customersMaintain accurate documentation in the agency management systemFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retentionSupport the sale team with customer relationship management.QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask and manage multiple client accountsComfortable using computer systems and agency softwareProperty & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)Life and Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plusIf you enjoy helping people and want to be part of a team that makes a difference in the community, we encourage you to apply. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
