This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and listening skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearAbout Our AgencyOur office is located in Princeton.We currently have 6 team members at our agency.Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and Senior Vice President's ClubAdditional languages spoken: SpanishIf you want a career, not a job, then we encourage you to apply.State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
