Chula Vista CA

Contract - 1st Shift, 5/40
Hours: Monday - Friday, see below
Pay Rate: $29.30/Hr. Required Qualifications: Customer Sales Support Bachelor's degree.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Position Summary: Customer Sales Support Supports the sales team and customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, coordinating communications, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
Assists with global airline nacelle support needs.
Responds to customer inquiries, follows documented procedures, collects data, and provides information to resolve concerns.
Works within a high-performance team environment supporting 24/7 global operations.
Performs customer account management responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Customer Sales Support Support airlines, airline MRO facilities, and brokers with aftermarket spares orders and customer service activities.
Provide support for navigation and use of the global Spares and Technical Service Customer Portal.
Communicate with customers by phone and electronic methods regarding products, services, and inquiries.
Support credit release activities and invoice payment requirements.
Process customer orders and quotes according to standard work procedures.
Route inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel when needed.
Provide daily work output reports to management.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Maintain customer interaction and transaction records in ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce.
Coordinate with provisioning, shipping, and inventory warehouse teams to expedite or trace shipments.
Provide excellent customer support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of company products and services to support customers effectively.
Preferred Qualifications: Customer Sales Support 2 to 4 years of experience in customer relationship management, business processes, order management, and customer support.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Dynamics, and Teams.
Participation in continuous improvement activities.
Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable business system application.
Additional language communication skills are helpful.
Additional Information: Customer Sales Support Monday through Friday schedule.
Day-shift positions are filled first.
Available shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST
1:30 PM to 10:00 PM PST
