Job description
Hybrid Customer Support Associate
Pay: $26/hr
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Assignment: Through Feb 20th 2027 minimum, with potential to extend based on attendance and performance
Schedule:
Schedule: Hybrid – rotating schedule – MUST BE AVIALABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS
9:30am-6:30pm (in-office)
1pm-10pm (remote)
Must have weekend availability – will WFH on the weekends They are open Monday – Sunday.
*schedule will flex weekly on which shift you are scheduled for
Client will be making schedule – NO ACCOMODATIONS MADE
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attendance and reliability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with a rotating hybrid schedule
Ability to commit to the full assignment and rotating Saturday schedule
