Job description
Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative to support leading global brands in a fast-paced CX environment. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, answering questions, and recommending solutions that drive customer satisfaction and sales. Using CRM tools and digital platforms, you’ll document interactions, follow defined processes, and work toward quality, productivity, and revenue goals.
