The Customer Service Associate works directly with individuals exploring health and life benefit options. You will do that in a full-time, in-office position designed around direct client interaction and professional development.
You will help clarify questions, organize next steps, maintain contact information, and keep follow-up moving.
You do not need previous insurance experience.
Training helps you learn the relevant process while allowing you to use skills you may already have from hospitality, retail, food service, reception, customer support, or another public-facing role.
