Job description
After the morning team check-in, you open your queue of client follow-ups and return calls from the previous day. Each conversation is a chance to answer real questions, confirm details and move a request forward.
* Respond to inbound client inquiries by phone and follow up on outstanding items within the same business day
* Document every interaction, update client records and flag anything that needs a second review
* Coordinate with team members to schedule appointments and hand off cases that require additional support
* Prepare materials and notes before outbound calls so each conversation stays focused and productive
Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. No insurance background is needed.
