Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
This is a fully on-site position, and all interviews will be conducted in person. Only candidates local to South Florida will be considered for this role.

Position Overview
As our Customer Service & Communications Associate, you’ll be the voice of Artègo USA for the salons we serve. You’ll answer customer calls and emails, take phone orders, help salons order online, and answer questions about our products and brand. You’ll also assist in managing our social media, create branded marketing materials and grow the Artègo USA salon community.
You’ll work directly with company leadership, including the Marketing Manager, COO and CEO, as well as our warehouse team. We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable designing a brochure as they are answering customer calls with a friendly, professional touch.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
Help manage and grow Artègo USA’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
Create engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, videos and campaigns
Design professional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, ads and sales collateral
Build email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages
Customer Service & Salon Support
Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and enthusiastically
Assist salons with product information, pricing, education, promotions and ordering
Process phone orders accurately
Help salons navigate the Artègo Pro website
Resolve customer questions with professionalism and urgency
Build lasting relationships with salon owners and stylists
Sales & Business Development
Reach out to every new salon that registers on the Artègo Pro website
Welcome new customers to the Artègo family and help them with their first order
Educate customers on our products, education, promotions and rewards program
Make outbound calls to introduce Artègo to salons across the United States
Qualifications
Background or experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, business or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
Creative thinker with strong design skills
Able to manage multiple projects at once
Positive, energetic and customer-focused
Required Skills
Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Social media management experience
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Preferred Skills

Shopify
Canva
Basic video editing (Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar)
Photography or content creation experience
Knowledge of the beauty or hair industry
