Customer Service Department ManagerAs a Customer Service Department Manager, you are an effective problem solver and oversee the communication hub of the store. You manage a variety of key services that support associates and make a lasting impression on customers.What You'll Do:Motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service – train, coach and lead by exampleExecute all duties of a customer service associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timelyDevelop service counter associate's skillsAssess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and Von Maur store servicesDevelop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needsMonitors and supports store online order and pick up in store servicesBe available to work on-site during day, evening, and weekend shiftsWhat You Can Expect:We're committed to helping you thrive at work and at home.
