Customer Service & Dispatch CoordinatorPrinsco is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Beresford. This position is ideal for someone with experience in agriculture transportation, trucking dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet scheduling who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where customer service and operational efficiency go hand in hand.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, managing schedules, and ensuring products are delivered safely and on time. The successful candidate is highly organized, thrives under changing priorities, and can effectively balance customer needs with transportation logistics.What You'll DoCoordinate and dispatch daily deliveries to maximize efficiency and meet customer commitmentsCommunicate with drivers, customers, sales, and production teams regarding schedules and delivery statusManage transportation schedules and adjust routes or timing as neededProcess customer orders and maintain accurate order and dispatch recordsResolve delivery issues and service concerns quickly and professionallyTrack delivery performance and proactively communicate delays or changesSupport customers by answering questions and providing order updatesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in trucking dispatch, transportation coordination, logistics, agriculture operations, grain handling, feed, fertilizer, or related industries preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience with transportation management, dispatching, scheduling, or ERP systems is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systemsWhy Join Prinsco?Stable and growing companyCompetitive pay and benefits packageTeam-oriented environmentOpportunity to make an immediate impact on customer satisfaction and operational success
