Customer Service & Dispatch CoordinatorRecruiter: LHHLocation: Indianapolis, IndianaPay: $60,000 - $63,000 / YearContract: PermanentCustomer Service CoordinatorDirect Hire | Northwest Indianapolis | Up to $30/hr ($63,000/year)We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support customers, coordinate service appointments, and work closely with field technicians to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web channelsSchedule and coordinate service appointmentsSupport technicians with routing, scheduling updates, and job-related informationResolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experienceProcess payments, maintain account records, and document customer interactionsAssist with customer retention efforts, membership renewals, and review requestsGenerate reports and provide general administrative supportQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, call center, or coordination rolesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient with computer systems and data entryPositive, customer-focused approachPreferred ExperienceDispatching or route schedulingService industry environmentCall center experienceCustomer retention or account supportScheduleMonday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PMOvertime required as business needs dictate, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidaysPay Details: $60,000.00 to $63,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Melanie LakeEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged to apply
