Job description
GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to manage on-duty operations in Beatrice, NE, stepping in when team leaders are not present. You will drive membership sales, greet customers, educate on our wash process, and oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure a positive guest experience.
This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position, with responsibilities including opening/closing, coaching teammates, and maintaining safety and cleanliness to deliver excellence.
