Customer Service Representative IOur client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative I to support customers within an industrial automation and distribution environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, quotations, order processing, and customer support activities while ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers in a manufacturing or distribution setting and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting company sales objectives.Customer Service & SupportManage a high volume of incoming customer emails and phone callsRespond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionallyProvide product information and assist customers with product-related questionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional serviceOrder ManagementProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyEnter orders into company systems and validate order requirementsProvide order acknowledgements and status updatesMonitor orders and ensure timely fulfillmentQuotations & Sales SupportPrepare and provide customer quotationsSupport sales initiatives and departmental goalsIdentify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat businessAssist customers in selecting appropriate products and solutionsVendor & Supplier CoordinationCoordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers to fulfill customer ordersMonitor supplier performance and delivery timelinesResolve delivery or fulfillment issues as neededReturns & Issue ResolutionInitiate returns and exchange processesResearch and resolve customer concernsMaintain departmental service standards and metricsEnsure customer issues are resolved promptly and professionallyCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with operations, sales, vendors, and internal departmentsSupport process improvement initiativesContribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
