Customer Service & Order Processing SpecialistOur client, a growing manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to support customer order management. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order entry, order processing, customer service, customer support, logistics, inventory management, supply chain, inside sales support, or account coordination. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and enjoys managing the full order lifecycle, from purchase order entry and inventory verification to shipment tracking and customer communication. Experience with SAP, ERP systems, freight coordination, invoicing, and order management is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter customer orders accuratelyVerify order details including quantities, pricing, serial numbers, inventory availability, and delivery requirementsManage order processing, order tracking, order status updates, and customer order fulfillmentCoordinate with warehouse, shipping, logistics, and operations teams to ensure on-time deliveryGenerate sales orders, invoices, credit memos, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documentationProvide customers with inventory availability, shipment tracking, freight quotes, and delivery updatesAssist with freight claims, returns, shipping discrepancies, and customer issue resolutionMaintain accurate customer, inventory, and order management recordsSupport customer accounts through professional phone and email communicationPartner with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service and operational support
