Customer Service RepDomino's Pizza in Rantoul, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently and accuratelyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsProcess cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealingsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanlinessHandle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as neededThis job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino's Pizza LLC, Domino's Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino's Pizza, Inc.
