Job description
Job PositionIn this position, you will communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services. Also, handle customers via phone calls or walk-in over-the-counter sales, and assist with paint customers at their location or in store. Must have experience with Automotive Paint, PPE, and paint equipment.Essential Job Duties:Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.Assist our paint customers at their location in over the counter with questions and equipment needsHandle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotesCall center functions to provide quality customer serviceEnsure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.Generate sales/buys from online leadsMay require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sitesAssume other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Education & Experience: High School or equivalentExtensive knowledge with Automotive Paint, PBE and EquipmentPreferred Qualifications: • Call Center Customer service experience • Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish. • 2+ years of college.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Must have good written and verbal communication skills. • Must have good customer relations skills. • Ability to work well with others. • Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions. • Be attentive to details.
