Iconic Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Rep to join our team in Fenton, MO. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role as the connection between our clients and internal teams, supporting the construction of personalized homes and renovations.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. You will have a consistent routine, allowing for work-life balance while engaging in meaningful work each day.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
In this Customer Service Rep role, you will begin your day by answering the main office line, setting a professional and welcoming tone for client interactions. You will work closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foremen to gather and record key information in Contractor Foreman Projects. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, communicating with subcontractors, organizing project data, and handling financial details. With each task, you will ensure projects advance smoothly and that client expectations are met. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you help manage multiple projects and maintain clear communication among all parties involved.
IS THIS THE PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?
Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Contractor Foreman, and OneDrive
Experience in reporting, data entry, and customer service
Typing speed of 60 WPM or more
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Patient, people-oriented, highly ambitious, and outgoing
Effective communication skills
