IMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local warehousing and distribution company in Sioux Falls!
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, handling office responsibilities, and helping daily operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
Answer customer phone calls and emails.
Process orders and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate shipments with warehouse staff and truck drivers.
Schedule deliveries and dock appointments.
Perform data entry and update inventory information.
Assist with resolving order or shipment questions.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus!
