Customer Service Representative
Client in the industrial manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer inquiries, issue resolution, and direct order entry.
Salary is $41-$47k, DOE

Opportunity to build customer relationships while supporting a hands-on product line
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service Representative will engage with customers by phone, email, and online chat to answer product and order-related questions
The Customer Service Representative resolve customer concerns and coordinate next steps with internal teams
Enter customer orders accurately and maintain supporting information
Partner with accounts and inside sales to provide timely, responsive service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Prior customer service experience required
Direct order entry experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary is $41-$47k, DOE
