The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service
Maintain and update customer account information and databases
Research customer accounts and resolve billing or service discrepancies
Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding routes and schedules
Create customer orders and process related paperwork
Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
Assist with administrative projects and departmental support as needed
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
What We Are Looking For
1-2 years of recent customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with ERP or customer management systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
