Do you have a knack for making people feel comfortable, even when they're having a bad day? Are you the one who can strike up a conversation with just about anybody? Can you turn a frustrated person into a smiling one without making it look like you're even trying?

At Arnold Electric, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Not someone who just answers phones, reads scripts, and schedules appointments. We want someone who can make a homeowner feel like they've called the right place before an electrician ever shows up.

Have you ever been told you're a great listener? Are you naturally curious, organized, and good at remembering the little details that matter? Can you juggle a busy phone line, a changing schedule, and a few unexpected problems without losing your sense of humor?

Good. Because that's a pretty typical day around here.

You'll be the friendly voice homeowners hear when they call about everything from flickering lights to electrical emergencies. You'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, schedule appointments, and work closely with our electricians to make sure customers get the help they need.

You don't need to know anything about electrical work. We can teach you that. What we can't teach nearly as easily is genuine kindness, curiosity, and a desire to help people.

And yes, booking appointments matters. But we believe the best way to earn someone's business is to earn their trust first. No gimmicks. No pressure. Just good old-fashioned customer service.

Looking for flexibility? We're open to both part-time and full-time candidates, including someone who would like to start part-time and grow into a full-time role. We're more interested in finding the right person than forcing the right person into a particular schedule.
