Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinkler SystemsLocation: Durham, NC, US, 27703Requisition Number: Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinkler Systems to provide outstanding customer service to both our internal partners and our customers through various activities using knowledge of Alarm Systems or Sprinkler Systems.Responsibilities include:Utilizing technical expertise in reviewing field technician's service reports and determining the validity and proper scope/cost of proposed deficiency repairs.Preparation of customer facing deficiency repair proposals for approval.Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects.Skills/QualificationsRequired:Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experienceAbility to communicate effectively with AHJ's as neededExcellent phone demeanor and experience with customer serviceHigh School Diploma/GEDConflict resolution & negotiation capabilities PreferredPreferred:Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotesNIET and other Fire CertificationsAccurate typing and 10 key pad skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internetBenefitsCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
